• Cancellation of an appointment or service.
• Rescheduling of a session.
• Failure to attend or missed appointments.
• Personal, professional, medical, or financial reasons.
• Failure to use or complete the purchased service.
• Unused sessions, packages, or service time.
• Dissatisfaction after purchasing the service.
• Delay in starting or completing the service by the client.

4. Payment Confirmation

By making a payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Non-Refund Policy.

Clients are requested to review all service details and ask any questions before completing the payment.

5. Cancellation by the Client

If a client cancels a confirmed appointment, consultation, coaching session, training program, package, or any other service, the payment will remain non-refundable.

Any rescheduling or alternative arrangement will be subject to availability and prior approval by The Bhavin Shah.

6. Service Delivery

Payments may be used for appointment scheduling, preparation, professional time, resources, administration, and service delivery.

Once the service has been scheduled, started, prepared, or delivered, the payment will remain non-refundable.

7. Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

Any legal dispute, claim, disagreement, or issue arising out of or relating to the services, payments, or this Non-Refund Policy shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion between the client and The Bhavin Shah.

If the matter cannot be resolved mutually, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, subject to applicable laws.

By using our services or making a payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the above jurisdiction and dispute resolution terms.
